Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to support@trippus.se

Tickets

All Full Access Passes, Day Passes and Student Passes, are fully refundable if cancelled by 14 June CEST.
Any cancellations between 15 June and up to and including 19 July will be refunded 50 percent.
After 19 July there is no refund. However, before 20 August CEST you can transfer your pass to a colleague.

Hotel bookings

Should you need to cancel your hotel booking with Scandic Continental and Scandic Grand Central, you can do so without charge up to and including 14 June. Any hotel cancellations with Scandic Continental and Scandic Grand Central between 15 June, and up to and including 15 July, will be refunded 50 percent of your hotel room booking cost. Any hotel cancellations with Scandic Continental and Scandic Grand Central made after 15 July will not be refunded.

Hotel bookings with Radisson Blu Waterfront and Comfort Xpress are non-refundable.
