I have not received an entrance ticket, what do I do?

Check your spam folder. If you can't find your ticket, we will help you on-site on February 13th. Please go directly to the information upon arrival at Münchenbryggeriet.

I have been prevented from attending and unfortunately cannot come ??

Use this link, UNREGISTER and we will delete your booking as soon as we have the opportunity

Can someone else go in my place?

Yes, we can change the name on your ticket. Send an email to jennifer.sandstrom@avaus.com with information about which booking the change applies to, along with the new participant's name, email address, and mobile number. If you don’t receive a response in time, we will change the name at the entrance to the event.

What do I do if I arrive after 10:00?

That's no problem, but keep in mind that we broadcast the program live from the main stage. You must be quiet and find a seat at the back of the venue.
