Terms & conditions
Cancellation of participation
All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to conference secretariat Reed & Mackay, congress.se@reedmackay.com.
If cancellation is made 90 days prior to the first event day, March 11 2026, a cancellation fee of SEK 312,50 incl. 25% VAT will be charged.
If cancellation is made 30 days prior to the first event day, May 11 2026, a 50% refund will be given.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the first event day no refund will be given.
In the event that the conference is postponed due to circumstances outside of the organizers’ control, the above cancellation policy applies. Your registration fee could then be transferred to the new dates for the conference or to a digital conference.
Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to conference secretariat Reed & Mackay. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until April 8, 2026. A cancellation fee of 312,50 SEK incl. 25% VAT/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than April 8, 2026, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.
Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the conference, you can transfer your registration to another person. The fee for the transfer is 312,50 SEK incl. 25% VAT. Please contact Reed & Mackay, congress.se@reedmackay.com, if you want to transfer your registration.
Payment
Payment by credit card (all delegates) or invoice (Swedish residents only) in SEK. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for Internet purchases. When your registration and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Payment by invoice (only available for delegates from Sweden)
All purchases/registrations within the Swedish public sector are required by law to be electronically invoiced (e-invoicing) according to European standard. Delegates from the Swedish public sector MUST choose E-invoice as distribution method if you choose to pay by invoice.
Dietary restrictions
Only vegan/vegetarian food and allergies can be considered, no diets. Any dietary restrictions must be sent to the conference secretariat no later than 14 days prior to the conference.
