Registration deadlines

• Early bird: January 31, 2027
• Registration closes: April 1, 2027

On-site registration will not be possible.

Registration fee

• Early bird: 2500 SEK, 25% VAT included
• Regular rate: 3125 SEK, 25% VAT included

Note: For participants whose registration fee is to be paid by a government university or government authority, a VAT-free invoice will be sent.

Included in the fee

• All conference sessions and activities
• Reception on April 21
• Lunch on April 22 and April 23
• Conference dinner on April 22
• Refreshments all days
• Printed abstract book

Payment and conditions

• Registration is binding. Refunds of the registration fee will not be possible.
• Payments from outside Sweden can only be made by credit card.
• Payment via invoice only possible within Sweden. Payment term: 30 days.
• When invoicing a Swedish governmental higher education institution or authority, a VAT-free invoice is sent.
• For delegates from private or public sector 25% VAT is included in the registration fee.
