Registration for Baltic Wool Conference, Visby, 6-8 October 2022

Registration
Delegate fee, early bird until June 30: SEK 3500 excl. 25% VAT (SEK 4375 incl. 25% VAT) 
Delegate fee, regular fee, from July 1: SEK 4000 excl. 25% VAT (SEK 5000 incl. 25% VAT) 

The delegate fees includes:
Two days with conference (October 6-7) and one day with excursions (October 8) are included in the delegate fee. Coffee and lunch for three days and dinner for two days are also included. Please note that dinner on Saturday is not included! Accommodation is not included, but can be booked in the registration form (Extra charge, please see "Accommodation" page).

Payment
All fees are stated excl. 25% VAT.

Payment by credit card. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases. When your registration and payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Terms of registration - delegate fee

• If cancellation is made by 27 August, the delegate fee minus a cancellation fee of SEK 500 excl. VAT will be paid back. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of SEK 500 excl. VAT

• If cancellation is made after 27 August, no refund or reduction will be possible.

• If you cannot participate in the conference, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 225 excl. VAT. 

Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to  Resia Kongress. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until 27 August, 2022. A cancellation fee of NOK 300/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than 27 Auugsti, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the Baltic Wool Conference' and Resia Kongress' control, the above cancellation policies applies.
