REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions in the online conference and to the material 4 weeks after the conference.

Description of the fees
If you are only a listener, you can choose non-presenter fee. If you have any active participation in the programme, such as presenting a paper, chairing or convening a session or a stream, you are expected to pay a participant fee. You decide yourself which of the payment categories applies to you (low income, medium income, high income).

Registration instruction for presenting authors
Each accepted abstract must have at least one full registration attached to it before May 17, 2021 in order to be included in the conference programme.

Fee waiver
If you need financial support, you can apply for a fee waiver until April 17, 2021.

Please wait with registration for the conference until you have received a confirmation letter from the conference organisers.

If you want to apply for a fee waiver, send a 1-page pdf document to streamsconference@kth.se including the following:

• a statement why it is important for you to participate in STREAMS
• why you need to be waived the fee
• the abstract of your presentation in STREAMS

Please clarify whether the free pass is an essential condition for you to participate at the conference. E-mail subject line should state “application for waived fee - YOUR NAME”.

VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organisation from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee.

If you are from an EU country other than Sweden, a valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards. Click here to see the number structure of each member state. To validate your number before registering, please click here. If the wrong VAT number is stated in the registration form and needs to be changed later, a changing fee of 500 SEK will be charged.

If you are from a country outside of EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.

Please have your VAT/TAX registration number ready to enter before you start the registration process to avoid TAX payment. It is not possible to add it at a later stage.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of your conference registration is possible until June 14 minus an administrative fee of 250 SEK excl. VAT. It's also possible to transfer the registration to another person of your organisation to a cost of SEK 250 excl. VAT. Please contact Meetx in writing by email to streams2021@meetx.se. Let us know who is not attending, and who the registration should be transferred to. Include contact details to the new delegate.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange your event login, payments etc. We will use your contact information to send you any updates about the event in the run-up to the conference, as well as the event follow-up. We will also share relevant information with our partners (online conference platforms we will use for the online event) for the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties.

We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We cannot register your information without your approval.

By registering to the conference you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy. If you've submitted an abstract you also agree to have your contribution published on the conference website and/or online conference platform before and after the conference. Please contact the conference secreteriat after the conference if you would like your abstract to be removed.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
All payments should be made in Swedish Kronor (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa or MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.

Please note that an administrational fee of SEK 250 excl. VAT applies in case of incorrectly stated invoice address.
