Room assignment
Do not worry! You do not need to make a room assignment at the time of booking. In the confirmation email you will find a link to make the assignment later on. For info: It is ok to book a double room for single use.
Payment instructions
Payment should be made by credit card upon registration.
Follow the instructions in the booking form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases. Contact regarding credit card payment issues: conference@resia.se
Changes
All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to: conference@resia.se
Cancellation of accommodation
Hotel rooms can be cancelled until April 23, 2022. Your payment will be credited (to the same card you paid with) minus a cancellation fee of SEK 500 exkl. 25% VAT. If cancellation is made after April 23, 2022, no refund will be possible.
NOTE: If Euro Mine Expo 2022 should be cancelled after April 23 due to the covid-19 situation, no reduction of accommodation costs or refund for paid accommodation can be made.
Force majeure
The hotel booking fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancelled Euro Mine Expo 2022 after April 23, 2021, due to conditions outside our control, such as fire, natural disaster, labour conflict, terrorist attack, or government decisions.
