Getting there
Bergendal Conference Center is located about 30 kilometers south of Arlanda International Airport and 17 kilometers north of Stockholm City. The easiest way getting there is by taxi.
Since many of you have long travel times, we recommend arriving on Sunday at the conference center. There will be no program this evening but the restaruant will be open for dinner (not included in the registration fee). If you arrive early, we suggest spending some hours in the beautiful Swedish capital.
By taxi:
We recommend going by one of the major companies e. g. Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir or Taxi 020. Taxis can be found directly outside the airport terminal building. Approximate cost, one way: SEK 600 (€55).
Public transportation:
If you would like to go by public transportation, there is a commuter train from Arlanda airport to Sollentuna. There take bus 627 towards Åkerby, or bus 607 towards Danderyds sjukhus and get off at Norra Kärrdal bus stop. There is a 10 minutes’ walk from the bus stop to Bergendal. From central Stockholm, take the commuter train to Sollentuna (16 minutes) and continue by bus as described above.

The conference fee covers meals during the conference (not Sunday). For personal purchases, please be aware that Bergendal is a cash free venue. Master Card and Visa are accepted.
