Abstracts
The deadline for submission of abstracts is 15th January 2026. Please send your abstracts using the link below and anser the following information:
• If you would like to present to a talk or a poster.
• The names and affiliations of the authors.
• Abstract text (no more than 250 word).
• Any relevant additional information, such as the FEMS Grant (See tab above)
Guidelines
Posters should be max A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm).
Poster elevator pitch. You have an opportunity to present a short elevator pitch of your poster during the conference to give it better visibility and attention. Elevator pitches are single slide and no more than 2 min long and will be presented just before the poster session. Indicate if you want to do an elevator pitch during abstract submission.
Talks (except keynote talks) are 15 min long + up 5 min for questions. Presentations can be Powerpoint or PDF format. Talk slots are limited and will decided by the organising committee.
Prizes
There will be prizes for Best Poster and Best Talk among young/early career researchers (students, PhDs). Prizes will be judged by an independent panel.
