The conference will take place at Elmia, a modern exhibition and conference centre in Jönköping with good accessibility with good accessibility and modern conference facilities.

Evening networking events will be held at Werket, a vibrant meeting place in central Jönköping that offers an informal setting for dialogue and exchange.

Program

ERIAFF 2027 takes place over three days and combines conference sessions with opportunities for networking.

The conference begins on Monday afternoon, 24 May, followed by an evening networking event in central Jönköping.

The programme continues on Tuesday, 25 May, and Wednesday, 26 May, featuring engaging topics, co-creation and opportunities for learning, collaboration and new perspectives.

Accommodation 

Participants are encouraged to book accommodation well in advance, as demand may be high during the conference week.

During the conference, participants will have free access to public transport between central Jönköping and Elmia.
