Welcome to register for our 20 years anniversary event in Uppsala! 

Registration includes

• 20 Years & Office Inauguration, ScandiNova office, Wednesday 18 May.
• Users meeting, at Elite Hotel Academia, Thursday 19 May.
• Uppsala City walk & dinner, Thursday 19 May.
• Users meeting, at ScandiNova Office, Friday 20 May

The event is free of charge. All guests are responsible for all costs associated with travel and accommodation.

Digital participation
If you cannot come to Uppsala in May, we welcome you to participate in the Users meeting online.

Accommodation

It is no longer possible to book hotel in the registration form.

Terms of registration

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to conference secretariat Resia, congress@resia.se.

Changes to registration and hotel reservation
If you want to make any changes or add accommodation to your registration, please contact Resia Kongress by e-mail: congress@resia.se.

Cancellation of accommodation:
If cancellation of acommodation is made by April 12, 2022, 100% of paid hotel costs will be refunded. If cancellation is made after April 12, 2022, no refund or reduction will be possible. 

Cancellation of participation:
If you have to cancel your participation in the event, we kindly ask you to do so no later than April 12, 2022.  

Force majeure
The paid accommodation fees are not refundable in the event of a cancelled or postponed course after April 12, 2022, due to conditions outside our control, such as fire, natural disaster, labour conflict, terrorist attack, government decisions, spread of viruses or other diseases.
