Registration fees

• Full participation: SEK 7950 excl. VAT | FULLY BOOKED
   
• Anniversary dinner October 7 and lecture day participation October 8: SEK 6950 excl. VAT | REGISTER HERE - Please note that we cannot guarantee accommodation at Nova Park for registrations made after August 24. If Nova Park is fully booked we will find another hotel option for you.

  • Hotel accommodation in single room (One night, October 7-8) Please note that if you register after August 24, we cannot guarantee accommodation at Hotel Nova Park Conference. If Hotel Nova Park Conference is fully booked, we will make a reservation for you at another hotel. 
  • Lectures on October 8, including breakfast, lunch and coffee

All activities and accommodation are at Nova Park Conference, Knivsta.

Accommodation

Accommodation in single room for one night (October 7-8) is included in the registration fee for all participants. If you would like to book additional nights at the Nova Park Conference, please contact the course secretariat congress@resia.se. Please note that if you register after August 24, we cannot guarantee accommodation at Hotel Nova Park Conference. If Hotel Nova Park Conference is fully booked, we will make a reservation for you at another hotel. 

Payment instructions
Payment should be made by credit card or invoice.

Invoice:
Invoice fee: SEK 40 excl. VAT. Please note that if your invoice has to be re-sent due to an incorrectly stated invoice address, a fee of SEK 250 excl. VAT will be charged to issue a new invoice. In case of late payment, SEK 60 excl. VAT will be charged in reminder fee. Other requirements and penalty interest are added according to the Debt Collection Act and the Interest Act.

Credit card payment:
Please choose "Payment Service". Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for internet purchases.

Terms of registration

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing to course secretariat Resia, congress@resia.se.

Cancellation
If cancellation is made by August 20, 2021, a cancellation fee of SEK 750 will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of SEK 750. If cancellation is made after August 20, 2021, no refund or reduction will be possible. If your travel to and from the congress has been made by Resia, terms of cancellation per conveyor apply.

Change of participant
If you cannot participate in the course, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. The fee for transfer is SEK 250. Please contact course secretariat, Resia Kongress, if you want to transfer your registration.

Change of invoicing address
If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 250 will be charged.

Force majeure
The registration fee is not refundable in the event of a cancelled or postponed course after August 20, 2021, due to conditions outside our control, such as fire, natural disaster, labour conflict, terrorist attack, government decisions, spread of viruses or other diseases.
