Do not miss the opportunity for an exclusive tour onboard one of the world’s first container vessels able to sail on green methanol when it docks at the Port of Singapore this November.
You will get the chance to go on a guided tour around the vessel, meet the crew, and gain unique insights into the new methanol-enabled container vessels, which are a crucial part of A.P. Moller-Maersk's ambition to reduce the company's greenhouse gas emissions. The vessel features a dual-fuel engine, which means it can operate on both green methanol and traditional marine fuels. It will be possible to get a guided tour of the vessel on Friday 29 November.
Tours will be available Friday 29 November from 08.00 am to 3.15 pm.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to wear flat shoes and pants, and please also kindly note that it is not permitted to bring bags, loose items, and other luggage onboard the vessel.
Tickets can be booked from 7 November 08.00 am
To get on board the vessel, you will have to go up a 23 meter high staircase tower and further go up and down 10 floors while on board the vessel. Therefore, if you suffer from acrophobia, or if you doubt whether you can climb the many stairs, we recommend that you do not book a ticket. The tour is not suitable for those with mobility limitations.
When you register, you will notice that some timeslots are reserved. These will be highlighted as reserved for a specific group, please do not book these timeslots.
