Do I need to attend all Innovation Race dates?

No. You participate in one (as many as you wish) specific Innovation Race (one date and location) based on the theme you select.

Will transportation be arranged?

Yes. Transportation to and from the different race locations will be arranged by the organisers. Detailed information about departure times and meeting points will be shared in advance.

Do I need to form a team before registering?

No. You apply individually. The organisers will create the student groups to ensure a good mix of skills and backgrounds.

What roles can students have during the Race?

Student groups may have slightly different roles, for example:

• Supporting companies through a back-office function (research and information support)
• Supporting and structuring discussions at the tables
• Working closely with one specific company case

Roles will be clearly explained beforehand.

In what language will the Race be conducted?

The primary language is Swedish. However, English-speaking students and companies are fully welcome. Essential materials can be provided in English if needed.

What happens if I need to cancel?

If unforeseen circumstances occur, please inform us as soon as possible.
