Accommodation has been pre-booked at the conference venue, Hotel Södra Berget. Please book your accommodation when you register for the conference. Breakfast is included in all room rates. Rates are stated excl. 12% VAT.

Single superior room | SEK 1688 per night

Single suite | SEK 1867 per night

Single dog room | SEK 1420 per night

Double superior room | SEK 1888 per night

Terms of reservation
Cancellation of accommodation

Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to the conference secretariat Reed & Mackay. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until August 6, 2024. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than August 6th, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the organizer's control, the above cancellation policy applies.
