ABSTRACT BOOK (PDF)

We welcome abstracts for posters at the First Nordic Network Conference on Post COVID-19 Condition 2025.

Abstracts will be reviewed and accepted to be presented at the conference as a poster. We aim for a broad overview of research activities across the Nordic countries. Current or recent research performed or published in 2024 and 2025 are in scope.

Due to continued interest and possibility to accommodate more posters, the abstract submission deadline has been extended until 10/9. Please contribute with an abstract describing interesting recent findings (even published 2024-2025), ongoing research and/or preliminary results, or planned research in your unit.

Important Dates

• 10 September 2025: Deadline for abstract submission.
• 3-10 September 2025: : Decisions regarding submitted abstract acceptance will be sent out successively on a rolling basis. Acceptance email will be sent out, together with requirement and formatting for Poster.  
• 20 October 2025: Digital abstract book available online. 

Abstract Instructions

• Abstract should be written in English.
• Indicate "Student Abstract" before the abstract title if it is.
• Abstract title should not exceed 200 characters (including spaces). Do not capitalize all the words in the title.
• Indicate "Disclosures" with fundings and conflicts of interest before the abstract text. 
  Contents under "Disclosures" are not included in the character counts.
• Abstract text should not exceed 2500 characters (including spaces).
• Abstract text should include the following subtitles: Background and aims; Methods, Results, Conclusion. 
• Abstract should not include images or references.
• Use Times New Roman for the whole abstract. 
  - Size 14, Bold for title
  - Size 12, Italic for authors
  - Size 10, Italic for affiliations
  - Indicate affiliations with numbers with brackets and indicate presenting author with an asterisk.
  - Size 12, for Disclosure and Abstract text. 
• Abstract should be uploaded as WORD files following the provided template
• Submit one abstract per each WORD file.
• Send your abstract to yiyi.xu@amm.gu.se with subject name "NORDIC PCC 2025 - FIRSTNAME LASTNAME

Poster Instructions

• Poster orientation is PORTRAIT. Horizontal/Landscape posters will not fit the boards. The maximum poster size is: W: 80 cm x H: 110 cm.
