The video chops and loads
Move the mouse (finger) over the video to bring up the menu, click on the gear and lower the resolution. Find a place with better WiFi, connect with a cord. Make sure that you are not connected to VPN / Remote Desktop etc.

No sound from the video
You need to turn on the sound in the VCR, do this by moving the mouse over the VCR or pressing the VCR if you are using a mobile device. Then you get a menu where you can adjust the volume.

If you experience other problems
Use the Chrome web browser. Do not use Internet Explorer
Reloading the page solves many problems (crtl + r or pressing the circle arrow in the browser).
