ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Call for abstract
All submissions must be in English.
Presenters will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by December 31st, 2020.

If you opt for poster only, you will get an externa log in to make your poster electronically. Once logged in, you will be able to create an interactive, multimedia iPoster with high-resolution images, detailed charts and diagrams, slide shows, high definition videos, audio files, and as much content as you feel is necessary to present your research in the detail it deserves. Your iPoster will be displayed in the UCMR iPoster Gallery. Visitors will be able to scroll through your content, click on images to enlarge them, and watch and listen to video and audio files. You’ll receive a username and password once the submission is closed. When you have logged in, you will be taken to the iPoster Editor Site, where you will find basic instructions, a list of your iPosters, and a choice of 6 editing templates. Choose a template that appeals to you, and you can begin creating your iPoster. You can continue to work on your iPoster even after publishing. You don’t have to re-publish if you make any changes. You will get more information when it’s time to create the poster.

If you opt for poster and oral presentation, your abstract will be evaluated by the organising committee and if selected you will be scheduled to give an oral presentation (15 min including time for questions). Whether selected or not, we are looking forward to receiving your poster to be presented during the virtual poster session.

If you opt for poster and poster elevator pitch, your abstract will be evaluated by the organising committee and if selected you will be scheduled to orally present your poster during a 2 min poster elevator pitch allowing you to show 1 supportive slide while you present your project. Up to 20 poster elevator pitches will be granted and held in a dedicated time slot during the virtual poster session. You will be asked to upload your 1-slide presentation before the UCMR day.
