Registration for onsite participation includes

• Admission to the full program, 2 days
• Welcome reception at Vasamuseet, Wednesday 31 August
• Visit at Riksarkivet, Täby, Wednesday 31 August
• Access to the Exhibition
• Conference dinner, Thursday 1 September
• Access to the digital platform
• The possibility to watch pre-recorded presentations on the digital platform

After the registration has closed, registered participants will be offered the opportunity to update their registration with a notice of interest for the different sessions and workshops. More information will be available after 25 April.

Registration for online participation includes

• Access to the digital platform
• Admission to the plenary program only, 2 days
• The possibility to watch pre-recorded presentations on the digital platform

Exhibitor package includes

• Exhibition space
• 1 high table
• 1 high chair
• Electrical outlet
• Exposure of logo and website on the conference website
• Access to the digital platform and the possibility to add a digital information page
• Access to the physical plenary program for 1 registered company representative

Registration for speakers

As a speaker you are also a participant. The idea of the conference is that different people in the archive sector get together and share knowledge and experiences. Speakers register as participants onsite (physical presence at Clarion Hotel Sign) or online (digital presence) and pay the same fee as those who are participants only. If there is need for a speaker to be present only at their own presentation, please contact Travel Team for further instructions on registration.

Registration with reverse charge

Applicable on the registration fee for VAT-liable traders within the EU as well as Norway due to Export sale/Tax.

Please note that you need to click on the category marked with reverse charge in order to make your regsitration without VAT on the registration fee.

How do I register?

In the menu above, click on Register here! and choose the category you would like to register as. 

Registration for online participation is open until conferece begins. Register before 29th of August to ensure access to platform before the program starts on the 1st of September.
