The course will take place in the heart of Paris, at Université Paris Cité – Site Odéon, 12 rue de l’École de Médecine, 75006 Paris.
Situated in a vibrant and historic academic area, the venue is surrounded by a wide range of hotels, cafés, and restaurants, and offers convenient access to both RER and Metro connections.
Please note that no hotel rooms have been pre-booked for participants. We recommend arranging your accommodation well in advance, as this period is particularly busy in Paris.
Please note that the Vulpian Amphitheatre is not fully accessible for participants with reduced mobility.

To reduce our environmental footprint, all coffee breaks, lunches and the welcome reception will be fully vegetarian. This approach supports our sustainability goals while offering fresh, seasonal and well-balanced meals.
Lunches will be served as standing networking lunches, allowing participants to connect, exchange ideas and move freely in a dynamic and informal setting.
