How do I access our Lead Scan?

If you are registered as an exhibitor, you have received an email with instructions on how to log in to your Exhibitor Portal. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder or contact the event organizer for assistance.

What should I do if the QR code for accessing Lead Scan doesn't work?

It may be because the QR code is only valid for 7 days from when you receive it. You will need to ask your portal administrator for a new QR code.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password to the exhibitor portal?

You can reset your password via the login page https://exhibitor.trippus.se

My colleague, who is responsible for our exhibitor portal, is not available. Can we change it to my email address?

Of course! You can contact Trippus support, and they will assist you in changing the contact person.

Where can I find all of our leads?

The person in charge of your exhibitor portal can export an Excel file with your scanned leads directly from the exhibitor portal.

I can't access the camera when I try to scan. What could be the reason?

You need to go into your browser settings to allow the camera to be used. If you're having trouble with the wrong camera being selected automatically on your phone, you can change it yourself by clicking on the settings gear in the top left and switching the camera.

Why are my leads from yesterday missing from the history?

If your browser session has expired, the history is cleared. However, the leads are stored in your exhibitor portal.
