Once you receive your personal link to the digital platform, from 1 August, you will be able to create your schedule by adding sessions. From the main navigation menu, select Programme > All Sessions and then click the plus sign (+) next to any session(s) that you want to add to your agenda. To remove a session from your personal schedule, click on the greyed out plus sign (+). Tip: On-site sessions may have limited capacity and you will need to show your badge to enter these sessions. The barcode on the badge will be scanned by a World Water Week assistant.
Yes. You will be able to access post-session recordings in their respective session pages.
Some sessions are booked with live interpretation. These sessions are labelled “interpretated session”. If you would like to listen to the simultaneous interpretation of the session, you need to follow these steps:

All Full Access Passes, Day Passes and Student Passes, are fully refundable if cancelled by 23 June CEST. Any cancellations between 24 June and up to and including 23 July will be refunded 50 percent. After 23 July, but before 24 August CEST, there is no refund, however you can transfer your pass to a colleague. After 24 August it is not possible to transfer the registration to someone else. Full Access Passes cannot be changed to 1-2 Day Passes or Student Passes after 23 June.
Should you need to cancel your hotel booking with Scandic No 53, Scandic Grand Central and Comfort Xpress, you can do so without charge up to and including 23 June. Any hotel cancellations with Scandic No 53, Scandic Grand Central and Comfort Xpress between 23 June, and up to and including 23 July, will be refunded 50 percent of your hotel room booking cost. Any hotel cancellations with Scandic No 53, Scandic Grand Central and Comfort Xpress made after 23 July will not be refunded. Hotel bookings with Radisson Blu Waterfront are non-refundable.
After registering, you will receive a personalized link to the digital platform on the 5th August. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it by then. You can create your own schedule. If you registered before 5 August and have not received the link by then contact support@trippus.com
SIWI is required to charge VAT on the on-site event registration fee in accordance with Swedish VAT law.
Email support@trippus.com with your booking confirmation number and upgrade details.
When you enter the Digital Platform using your personal link, go to the programme and search for the session you want to attend. Click on the session card and press the “join meeting” button when the session is starting.
The join meeting button will be available 10 minutes prior to the meeting, if you don't see the button, re-open the session.
No pre-registration is required. Due to room capacity, the number of available spots is limited. Entry will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Click on the “Exhibition” tab and you can view a listing of exhibitors. Available are company descriptions, downloadable resources and videos. Want to drop your virtual business card for follow up? Click the “Leave Your Card” button on participating stands to send your questions and contact information privately.
The Exhibition is located on level 2, 4 and 5. You can find it clearly marked on the venue map.
The Welcome Reception starts at 18:00 and is held in A1, on level 4 at the venue. No pre-registration is required.
The Mingle & Dance starts at 19:00 and is held in A1, on level 4 at the venue. No pre-registration is required.
