Registration includes

• 2 registered company representatives (registered separatley)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation and changes of registration
Your registration is binding. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations.

Student Fee
Delegates applying for Student fees should supply proof of their student status (e.g. a photocopy of the university identity cardor a copy of the registration certificate).
Student fee applies to undergraduate students and postgraduate students.

Changes in your registration
If you should be unable to attend and wish to make a name change to your registration please contact Travel Team Sweden AB, the conference secretariat . 

Payment

Swedish delegates
Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of 75 SEK will be added. You will receive your invoice by regular mail or e-invoice for the public sector. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Delegate from outside Sweden
Payment must be made in advance of the conference. All payments are online credit card payments.

• According to Swedish and legislation and routines, VAT will be added also for delegates from outside Sweden. The Swedish sales tax of 25% applies to the congress fees.
• All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
• Payment should be made by credit card
• Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard
• Online payments are guaranteed through a secure site
• The organisers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange fluctations

In connection with this meeting, we save your personal information in order to fulfill our mission as a congress agency and logistics partner to our client. We save your information for booking hotels, attendance lists, special requests, communications, financial commitments, etc.

We have used interest weighting as a legal basis for processing your information.
We will only save your data for as long as it is necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you and as long as required by statutory storage times.
