When can I check in? 
- You can pre-check in on Friday 7^th September at 17:00 Entré 2 prior the SUPERSTAR Final. It´s the same check in spot for Saturday.

When should I arrive on Saturday?
- The Globe has a security screening check-point similar to airports before entering the facility. We strongly suggest that you arrive 60-90 min before the event/class start time.

You must check-in larger bags/suitcases in the wardrobe placed in Entré 2 prior the security check-point. Note: for larger bags and suitcases there is a fee of 30SEK (card payment only) smaller bags and jackets you can check in for free.

I only have a jacket and small bag can I check that in somewhere?
- Yes, prior the security check point we have a wardrobe where you can check in your jacket/ small bag free of charge. Due to safety we strongly recommend that you check in as much of your belongings as possible, that will make the security check runs smoother. The wardrobe will be staffed during the whole event.

What should I bring?
- We will supply you with all the equipment you need. We do recommend that you bring a towel and change of clothing.

Will there be a Reebok shop?
- Yes, there will be a Reebok shop. The Reebok shop accepts no cash payment, only card and Swish payment is accepted. 

Can I buy lunch at the event?
At the event on Saturday there will be a few venues where you can buy snacks and food:

Kiosk A6, Annexet – Open: 07:00-10:30 & 14:00-19:00
Champagne bar A24 – Open: 11:00-14:00
American Bar – Open: 09:45-19:00

Also, just outside the venue you will find a shopping mall with a wide range of restaurants as well as a grocery store. Note: Due to a strict Globe venue policy, food and drinks purchased outside the Globe venue cannot be consumed within the LES MILLS LIVE event area.

Are there showers and changing rooms at the venue?
- Yes, there will be a limited access to showers and changing rooms at the venue.

I am going by car, can I park it close by the venue?
- You will find car parks in the Arenagarage below Tele2 Arena and in the Globen Shopping Mall. Note that you will need to pay a car park fee that is not included in the event ticket.

Can I bring my children, friends, family or small pets?
- LES MILLS LIVE is an event for adults (16 years and above). Only ticket holders can attend the event and no animals are allowed at the venue.
