Submit symposium

A symposium brings together a group of presentations addressing a common theme, research area, policy issue, or practice topic relevant to the congress. Symposia should provide a coherent and integrated perspective on the selected topic.

Please include:

• A symposium consists of 3-4 presentations and has a total duration of 90 minutes
• Symposium title
• Titles, authors, and affiliations for all presentations (only in submission form)
• Individual abstracts for each presentation (maximum 250 words per abstract) merged into one word document

Submission Process:

2. Register an Oxford Abstracts account
3. Provide the requested details in the submission form
4. Download the provided Word template, complete your abstract using the template, and upload the completed Word file as part of your submission.
