Speaker Instructions

We are delighted to welcome you as a speaker at the Nordic Congress for ENT Nurses.

We are pleased to announce that the congress is  fully booked, and you will be presenting to a full audience. The lecture hall accommodates up to 180 participants. To ensure that everyone has a clear view of your presentation, it will be displayed on both the main screen and an additional screen located in the center of the room.

There is no need to submit your presentation in advance. Simply bring your presentation on a USB flash drive and hand it to the technician on-site before your session. If you prefer, you are also welcome to use your own laptop for your presentation. Please note that the presentation system is equipped with an HDMI connection. If your laptop requires a different connection type, we kindly ask that you bring the appropriate adapter.

A technician will be available in the lecture hall throughout the congress to assist with any technical questions or presentation support. The technician will be on-site from 30 minutes before the first session begins each day and will also be available during all scheduled breaks. You may hand in your presentation to the technician before your session or during any of the breaks.

The room is equipped with full presentation and audio facilities, including both a handheld microphone and a wireless lapel microphone. You are welcome to choose the option that you find most comfortable.
