Registration
The registration fee includes admission to the conference and exhibition, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the conference  days and conference dinner. Pease note that pre-registration is required for the conference dinner.

Cancellation of registration and social event 
The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person of your organisation to a cost of SEK 350 excluding VAT. Please contact Meetx in writing via nordicentnurses@meetx.se. Let us know who is not attending, and who the registration should be transferred to. Include contact details to the new delegate.

Method of payments
All payments should be made in Swedish Kronor (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted. Payment can be made by the following methods:

Credit card – Visa, MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.

Privacy Policy
We care about protecting your privacy. The information that we request during registration is needed for administration purposes to arrange the event. We may share relevant information with our partners for the same purpose. We will save your contact details for future events, but you may always refuse any invitations or choose to stop receiving information. By using our our registration form, you give your consent to allow us to store your data in accordance with the conference privacy policy. Meetx and the organizer are jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data.
