The registration fee for Inter-CAP includes:

Participation in 4 course days (18-21 May, Monday to Thursday)

Booking policy

Cancellation of Registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Way Meetings, the conference secretariat meetings@way.se.

Please note that the registration is binding.
The conference do not offer free cancellation, and no refunds or reductions of fees can be made after the registration has been completed, including in the case of no-show.

Change of Name

If you should be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the congress secretariat as soon as possible. An administration fee of 20 EUR will then be charged.

Payment information

Payment is made by invoice via the payment solution Billecta or secure card payment through the payment service SwePay.

In the event of an incorrectly stated invoice address, 20 EUR will be charged for changing the address and resending the invoice.
When changing a booking that generates a new invoice, a change fee of 10 EUR will be charged.
Payment terms via invoice are 30 days with an additional invoicing fee of 10 EUR per invoice/reminder.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange fluctuations. Other claims fees and default interest are added according to law.

All prices are stated including 20% VAT.

Invoice address is provided by the delegate when making the registration. Invoices will be sent in March 2026.

Invoice address is provided by the delegate when making the registration. This address will be stated on the receipt. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will receive a payment link by email in March 2026.
