Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunch and one dinner is included in the conference registration.

 

Social & morning events 
4 March
City Tour, the meeting point is the lobby of Hotel Gothia Towers at 14:55. For those of you that have signed up for the city tour, please note that the tour will end at Börsen where the welcome reception will be held. During the city tour we will walk a bit.
Welcome reception, will be held at Börsen (Gustav Adolf torg) at 18:00. During the welcome reception a light mingle meal will be served. Dress code: Business Casual

5 March
Morning run/Yoga/Walk, meeting point is the lobby of Hotel Gothia Towers at 07:10.
Dinner at Imagine on the top floor on 3rd tower, at 18:30.
