The event takes place at the Avicii Arena 121 77 Johanneshov, Stockholm Saturday 30 of August.

Everyone from the age of 16 are welcome to sign up.

The event ticket will provide you access to all the classes you have booked and have the energy to attend.

You'll get your ticket to the event by SMS on the 25 of August.

All bookings and purchases are final.

At least 30 minutes before the event start time. If you have any registration enquiries, please arrive before class start time or contact the Les Mills team.

Please check your confirmation e-mail as this will list the classes you've booked.

We will supply you with all the equipment you need. Feel free to bring a mat if you are attending BODYBALANCE, LES MILLS YOGA, LES MILLS PILATES and LES MILLS CORE. We do recommend that you bring a towel and change of clothing depending on how many classes you will attend.

Lunch can be added to your ticket for 129 SEK, there is also a large shopping mall close to the venue with cafeterias and restaurants.
Kindly be aware that, due to restrictions from Avicii Arena, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility.

Large bags/suitcases are not allowed into the event, there are wardrobes located close to the event entrance where you can drop off your bags.

LES MILLS LIVE is an event for adults (16 years or above). Only ticket holders can come to the event.
