Registration for the ICCA Scandinavian Association Forum
For invited associations the ICCA Scandinavian Association Forum is free of charge.
Registration includes: Attendance to all sessions, congress material, lunch, refreshments in the breaks, welcome reception, dinner, hotel fees and transportation to and from Gothenburg.
The registration is binding, but may be transferred to another person from your organisation.
Hotel booking
A number of hotel rooms at Hotel Gothia Towers have been pre-booked for the
conference. Book your room via the online booking service when you register for the conference.
Price: from SEK 1540/night incl VAT and breakfast. For associations free of charge.
Travel booking
To book your travels through us, we need to recieve your request by friday 28th February.
We provide booking service for your travels to/from Gothenburg. If you want us to book your travels please contact Meetx at info@meetx.se.
Privacy Policy

The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we, nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.
