Invitation to exhibitors

Sahlgrenska university hospital, University of Gothenburg and the Swedish Society of Radiation Physics are together organising the 6th edition of the international conference Optimization in X-ray and Molecular Imaging (OXMI) 2025. The conference will be held at Conference Centre Wallenberg at University of Gothenburg (Sweden) on 28-30 April 2025.

The conference will cover a wide area of research related to optimisation of medical imaging and radiological protection. It is intended for a broad audience of medical physicists, radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, engineers, radiographers and biomedical scientists, as well as representatives for authorities and manufacturers. We estimate around 150 delegates, and English will be used as the conference language.

You are more than welcome to present your products in the exhibition area. The area will be located just outside the lecture hall (in the coffee area), with great opportunities to meet the delegates. As an exhibitor you will get the opportunity to make a short presentation (2-3 minutes) of your company in the lecture hall. As an additional motivation for the delegates to visit your company booth, we will organize a quiz about your products.

The fee for exhibitors is 18,000 SEK (VAT excluded), which includes the following:

The fee for additional company delegates is 3000 SEK (VAT excluded).

We hope that your company is interested to participate as an exhibitor during OXMI 2025. Registration is made using here on this website.
There are a limited number of spots available and the first come first served rule will be applied.

Sincerely,

Angelica Svalkvist

Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee
