• Abstract submissions deadline: 28th February 2025
• Early Bird Registration: 20th March 2025
• Welcome Function: 7 pm, Wednesday 15 June 2025 (Venue to be announced- included in all full registrations)
• Conference Dinner: Tuesday 17th June 2025 (venue to be announced- included in all full registrations)
• Conference Sessions: 16th -18th June 2025 (approx 9am-5pm)
• Registrations: Opens 1st March 2025
