Registration

The full registration includes accommodation, all meals and conference dinners, access to SPA and gym during the conference. Full registration fee for students and trainee is SEK 7.800 + VAT 1.950 (approx. USD 800+200) and scientific participants SEK 11.600 + VAT 2.900 (approx. USD 1.200+300). Registration is also possible for accompanying persons who attend meals/social events but not the meeting. Registration for students, trainees and scientific participants is valid when payment is received. The deadline for registration is April 1, 2020. The limit of participants is 120. All payment are in SEK.
Please note that you should not book accommodation as we have rooms reserved for the conference.

Cancellation Policy Registration

SEK 1000 (approx.$100) per person will be deducted from registration fee to cover the cost of processing and handling for cancellations received by (60-Days prior to the arrival date). Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after (59-Days prior to the arrival date)
