Call for Abstracts 

We are pleased to invite researchers, doctoral students, and practitioners to contribute to the NorthPop conference ‘Large cohort studies: Success factors and methods’, taking place on 5-6 February 2026 in Umeå.The conference brings together participants from academia to discuss and share the latest research findings, methods, and experiences in the field of cohort studies.

We welcome abstracts addressing the main theme of the conference as well as contributions within related areas.

Guidelines for abstracts:

Length: maximum: 300 words. Please note that the total size must not exceed one A4 document. Your abstract should be filed in pdf format.

Language: English

Content: a clear description of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions

Extended deadline:7 January 2026

Accepted contributions will be presented as oral presentations or posters. The selection will be made by the Scientific Committee.
