Exhibition

The exhibition is located in the foyer next to the plenary hall where coffee and lunches are served. Visits to the exhibition take place during breaks and not during lectures.
The exhibition's preliminary opening hours: Thursday June 12, 11.30-17.00. Friday June 13, 08.30-15.30.

Exhibitor package

The exhibitor package includes

• Exhibition area of 4 square meters - 2m wide, 2m deep (without walls)
• 1 Table (conference or standing)
• 1 Chair or barstool
• 1 Power outlet 230V (i.e. ”normal” for e.r. computer or mobile charger)
• Exposure of the logo and web page on the conference's website
• 1 free registration (incl. coffee and lunches according to program)
• Possibility to participate in the conference dinner at an additional cost

All persons participate at the conference and its exhibition must be registered and wear a name badge. When you book an exhibition package a link to register your free participant will be sent to you.  If several people from the same organisation wish to participate in the conference, the other people who wish to attend must register separately as particapants, register under the tab Participant above.
The exhibition is located in the foyer next to the plenary hall. Your exhibition space will be confirmed approx. 1 month before the conference.

Registration opens October 2nd. We look forward to your registration no later than May 28, 2025. 

Activities in the exhibition

Quiz

A quiz-walk will be organized in the exhibition. It is mandatory for each exhibitor to submit a 3-choice question to the conference team for the quiz. A nice prize will be awarded to the winning participator.

Best exhibition stand

Competition for the best stand, creativity is rewarded! The participants have plenty of time to mingle and visit the stands. They will get to vote for the best stand and a nice prize will be awarded to the winning exhibitor.
