What is included in the participation fee?

• Access to the conference program
• Access to the exhibition
• Lunch and coffee during the conference days
• Possibility to participate in the conference dinner at an additional cost

Hotel is not included. If you need a hotel room, this is booked directly with selected hotels. Information under the Hotel tab.

Registration opens October 2nd. We look forward to your registration no later than May 28, 2025. 

List of participants 

The list of participants will be available to those registered for the conference. Information shared is name and company.
