A chartered bus is available to those who requested transportation to and/or from Arlanda airport in the registration form.
On Monday October 23rd, the bus arrives at the airport at 8:45 and departs at 9:00 from Terminal 4, see map of Arlanda below. The bus destination sign will say “NIB-SFM Meeting”.
Due to construction work at Arlanda, the bus must depart at 9.00. Make sure you follow the signs to the Terminal 4 buses and arrive at the bus stop well in time.
All passengers arriving at Terminal 4 (Gateområde C) must pass through customs at Terminal 5. It then takes approximately 7-10 minutes to walk back from Terminal 5 to Terminal 4. The walk is indoors via SkyCity. Read more about the merging of Terminal 4 and 5 here.
On Tuesday October 24th, the bus departs from the conference hotel at 16:00 and arrives around 17:00 (depending on traffic) at Terminal 4, see map of Arlanda below. The bus destination sign will say “Arlanda, NIB-SFM Meeting”.

Chartered bus to and from Stockholm central train station and the conference hotel
A chartered bus is available to those who requested transportation to and/or from Cityterminalen in the registration form.
On Monday October 23rd, the bus departs at 9:00 from Cityterminalen, Terminalslingan 1 (Google Maps). The bus destination sign will say “NIB-SFM Meeting”. Make sure you arrive at the bus stop well in time.
On Tuesday October 24th, the bus departs from the conference hotel at 16:00 and arrives around 17:15 (depending on traffic) at Cityterminalen, Klarabergsviadukten (Google Maps). The bus destination sign will say “Cityterminalen, NIB-SFM Meeting”.
Registration costs per person:
Single room with meals – 4200 SEK (incl VAT)
Double room with meals – 3500 SEK (incl VAT)
Expectations are that many will share a double room. A name for a roommate should be provided when registering if you have a preference. If a name is not provided, a roommate suggestion will be made from other participants requesting a double room without a roommate suggestion.
