IRMA: The patron of Education and utilization of person-centred care

Irma Lindström Kjellberg, a registered nurse with a licentiate degree in nursing, has spent decades working on education and utilization of scientific knowledge, demonstrating high integrity and personifying person-centred care. This means that activities organized by GPCC should be characterized by the following features:

Courage: The leaders should show courage by addressing challenging or controversial topics.

Innovation: The leaders should promote openness, creativity, critical thinking, and the use of innovative ideas or methods.

Co-creation: The leaders should promote conversation between actors, from planning to reporting of activities. 

Inclusion: The leaders should strive for diversity among participants and organizers. 

Passionate: The leaders should create engagement for person-centred care.
