The rooms that are not booked will be released on the last cancellation day 22/7-20. There after all reservations has to go through group reservations and price and availability may vary.

In the case of a No Show situation the participant will be charged 100 % of the reservation. If the reservations stretches over several nights the participant has to notify the hotel before 10:00 the day after

Rooms can be canceled until 18:00 on the day of arrival.
At the time of booking, names, telephone numbers and credit cards are required which guarantee that booking must be valid.
