Join us as an exhibitor at the
International Snoezelen Conference

We welcome you to exhibit at the conference. It would be great to have a variety of suppliers contributing to a world of sensory stimulation.

As an exhibitor, you are offered an exhibition space according to the prices below. The exhibition area includes electrical outlets, a table and one chair.

The price for your stand includes one participation fee. If there are more of you, an additional cost will be added per person.

No back or side walls are included, so you will need to arrange your stand yourself within your space.

The exhibition is located in the area where participants enjoy their Swedish fika (coffee break) next to the lecture hall.

There is a limited number of exhibitor spaces available, and we apply the principle of first come, first served.

Options:

1. 2x2 m: Price SEK 9,000, excluding VAT

2. 4x2 m: Price SEK 12,000, excluding VAT

3. 6x2 m: Price SEK 15,000, excluding VAT

In addition to the exhibitor fee, there is a conference fee for all extra exhibitors (one participants fee is included in the price) and accommodation costs.

For the first exhibitor please apply to the conference as “Lecturer, exhibitors and co-organizers”.

For any additional members from your team please apply to the conference as an “international conference participant” or as a “konferensdeltagare från Sverige”, whichever applies to you.

Move in:

You can start setting up your booth from 12:00 pm on October 24th.

Move-out:

The exhibition must be packed up by 4:00 pm on October 26th.

Your parcel can be received from October 1st and onwards.

Please note that the conference venue cannot unload your goods with a truck.
