The meeting will be held at Aronsborgs Konferenshotell, between Stockholm and Uppsala by lake Mälaren in Bålsta, Sweden. The conference center boasts large lounge areas, a swimming pool, sauna, workout studio, bar, and their own Bakery & Chocolaterie. Handmade chocolate truffles, chocolate bread, and bread for the restaurant are made on-site.

Chartered bus to and from Arlanda airport and the conference hotel
A chartered bus is available to those who requested transportation to and/or from Arlanda airport in the registration form. The bus destination sign will say “NIB/Aronsborg”.

On Monday October 20^th, the bus arrives at the airport at 8:30 and departs at 8:40 from Terminal 4, see map of Arlanda below. 

On Tuesday October 21^th, the bus departs from the conference hotel at 16:00 and arrives around 17:00 (depending on traffic) at Terminal 4, see map of Arlanda below. The bus destination sign will say “NIB/Arlanda”.

Chartered bus to and from Stockholm central train station and the conference hotel
A chartered bus is available to those who requested transportation to and/or from Cityterminalen in the registration form.

On Monday October 20^th, the bus arrives at 8:45 and departs at 9:00 from Cityterminalen, Terminalslingan 1 (Google Maps).  Make sure you arrive at the bus stop well in time. The bus destination sign will say NIB/Aronsborg. 

On Tuesday October 24th, the bus departs from the conference hotel at 16:00 and arrives around 17:15 (depending on traffic) at Cityterminalen, Klarabergsviadukten (Google Maps). The bus destination sign will say “NIB/Cityterminalen”.
