Registration

Registration costs per person:
Single room with meals – 3900 SEK (excl VAT)
Double room with meals – 3300 SEK (excl VAT)

Accommodations
Expectations are that many will share a double room. A name for a roommate should be provided when registering if you have a preference. If a name is not provided, a roommate suggestion will be made from other participants requesting a double room without a roommate suggestion.


Registration Forms

NDPIA/NDP-VIP full member registration
Full NDPIA or NDP-VIP members that present a poster and book a double room may attend for free, based on the information below. 

1. There is a limited number of members that can participate for free. These will be on a first come first serve basis, however, PhD students will be prioritized over postdocs.

2. Travel costs to and from the NIB meeting will not be covered by NDPIA or NDP-VIP this year. Participants are responsible to arrange and cover their own travel cost, which must be funded by their principal investigator (PI), university, or institute.

Participant registration
For participants who are not full NDPIA or NDP-VIP members, registration costs will be invoiced to each participant.
