Instructions for poster session

Posters will be displayed in the exhibition hall at Rebel. Only paper posters will be displayed.

Poster session
Thursday 5 May at 15.30-16.30

During this session you are expected to stand by your poster. Prepare a brief oral presentation of your poster, maximum 3 minutes.

Poster size
The maximum dimension of the posters: 95 cm (width) x 200 cm (height). Standard A0: 84cm x 119cm is fine.

Mounting
Posters should be mounted with pins, provided by the organizers in the registration desk. Mounting from 19.00 on Wednesday 4 May.

Dismounting
Dismounting on Friday 6 May, after lunch break. The organizers accept no liability for posters not dismounted in time.
