At the bottom of the page you will find links to the registration as well as important dates and key information.

Registration categories

1. Delegates within Sweden from Governmental university/authority (VAT excluded), payment by invoice or credit card
2. Delegates within Sweden from private or public sector (25% VAT added), payment by invoice or credit card
3. Delegates registering from abroad (25% VAT added), payment by credit card only

Registration deadlines

• Early bird: 20 June, 2025 (23:59 CET)
• Regular fee: 9 September, 2025 (23:59 CET)
• Registration closes: 9 September, 2025 (23:59 CET)

On-site registration not possible.

Registration fee
The prices below are exclusive of 25% VAT

• Early bird:  500 SEK
• Regular rate: 750 SEK

Lunch and refreshment on all 3 days is included in the registration fee.

Payment and conditions

• Please note that spots are limited to 140 seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participation to each workshop is limited to 28 participants; please notify us of any cancellation, to open up spots for attendees places on waiting list. 
• The registration is binding. Any refunds of the registration fee will not be possible.
• Payments from abroad can only be made by credit card.
• In case of invoice payment, the payment terms are 30 days.
