Mötesplats Biosfär is the first national biosphere conference that aims to strengthen the link between knowledge development, practice and policy. The conference is held 10 - 12 October 2022 in Skåne and in Västerbotten – a part of Sápmi, as a joint hybrid conference.

The conference is organized by Unesco’s Man and Biosphere Programme in Sweden, Lund University, Umeå University and SLU in Umeå, in collaboration with the biosphere reserves Kristianstads Vattenrike and Vindelälven-Juhttátahkka and the biosphere candidacy Vombsjösänkan.
