ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation has been pre-booked at the conference venue, Hotel Södra Berget. You book your accommodation at the same time as you register for the conference. Breakfast is included in all room rates. Rates are stated excl. 12% VAT.

Single room: SEK 1233 / night  

Single superior room:| SEK 1724 / night  

Double room (1 or 2 pers): SEK 1723 / night 

Terms of reservation
Cancellation of accommodation

Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to the conference secretariat Reed & Mackay. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until October 1st, 2026. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person will be charged. If cancellation is received later than October 1st, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the organizer's control, the above cancellation policy applies.
