Conference dinner, November 3rd:

• Three course dinner on November 3rd costs additional SEK 450 excl. 12% VAT. Beverages are purchased at the restaurant (own expense).

Included in the workshop fee: Chosen workshop/workshops. Coffee and lunch according to the program. Material. 

Registration for a workshop is an optional choice in the registration form for TACTICAL TRAUMA 2026.

Payment
Delegates from all countries except Sweden: Payment by credit card only

Credit card payment
Please choose “Payment Service”. Follow the instructions in the registration form. Approved cards are VISA and Mastercard. Please assure that your credit card is open for Internet purchases.

Delegates from Sweden
Delegates from Sweden can choose between invoice or credit card payment. Contact regarding payment issues: congress.invoice.se@reedmackay.com.

Invoice
State your invoicing details on the payment page in the registration form. For invoices to a public sector (region, municipality etc.), e-invoicing information must be stated on the payment page. Please note! If a new invoice has to be made due to an incorrectly stated invoicing address, an administrative fee of SEK 400 excl. 25% VAT will be charged.

Cancellation
If cancellation is made by September 21st, 2026, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 excl. 25% VAT will be charged. If your registration fee has already been paid, it will be credited with a deduction of SEK 500 excl. 25% VAT. If cancellation is made after September 21st, 2026, no refund or reduction will be possible. 

Cancellation of accommodation
Notification of cancellation must be made by e-mail and sent to the conference secretariat Reed & Mackay. Cancellation of hotel reservation will be accepted until September 21st, 2026. A cancellation fee of SEK 300/person excl. 25% VAT will be charged. If cancellation is received later than September 21st, or in case of no-show, full cost of the reservation will be charged, regardless of reason for cancellation.

In the event that the congress is postponed due to circumstances outside of the organizer's control, the above cancellation policy applies.

Change of participant
It is possible to change name of participant at a cost of SEK 250 excl. 25% VAT. Please e-mail the conference secretariat: Reed & Mackay, conference.se@reedmackay.com.

Dietary requirements
Only vegan/vegetarian food and allergies can be considered, no diets. Dietary requirements must be given to the conference secretariat no later than October 19th. From October 20th, no dietary requirements can be considered.
