More than just a conference, the SCAPE event includes debates and numerous networking opportunities throughout the entire workshop. An exhibition area dedicated to the experts of the WBG industry is set up by the organizers. There are also several possibilities to sponsor the event without exhibiting.

For further details, please see Exhibition and sponsors. Exhibitors and other sponsors get their company logo and a short presentation on this web site, as well as the logo in the printed SCAPE program.

If you wish to be an event sponsor, please choose one of the two Sponsorship Packages, BASIC SPONSOR or EXHIBITION SPONSOR.

  • 1 free full pass registration (Tutorial and Workshop package)

EXHIBITION SPONSORSHIP 
30 000 SEK (ex. VAT)

  • One exhibition area, ca 5 sqm, with a table top and room for two roll-ups
  • 1 free full pass registration (Tutorial and Workshop package)
  • Logo and description of your organisation on the Sponsors web page
  • Logo and description of your organisation in the program
  • Opportunity to distribute brochures at the Sponsors Corner.

Procedure

If you wish to be an event sponsor, with or without exhibiting, please choose one "Sponsorship Package" and register.
Please observe: Sponsors registering later than 6th of May are not guaranteed to get their logo in the printed program.

Posters

There will be a poster area in connection with the conference room, and you are most welcome to bring posters to the event.  To keep track of the number of posters, please send in an abstract, no more than an ½ of A4 page to the organizers at scape@meetx.se.
