By popular demand, the pet trade's own sales coach Peter Wilén is back - with energy, sharpness and lots of inspiration! He lights a spark in the audience, turns it into a burning sales spirit and sends them back to work with new strength and motivation.

Kicki Fellstenius is a dog coach and dog behavior researcher and she is passionate about spreading knowledge and inspiration about dog behavior and training.

The focus is on the relationship between humans and dogs and with us she will talk about "The Short Meeting". How do we behave when we only meet the dog for a short period of time?"

From Germany we are visited by Gordon Bonnet; CEO of Germany's pet trade associations ZZF and WZF; organizer of the Interzoo fair, lawyer, journalist and as he describes himself; a passionate communicator.

André Andersson, CEO and co-founder of the education company Scribill, teaches us how we can simplify our businesses and everyday tasks with AI – in many more ways than we thought possible!

From the UK we welcome Tony Wigley from Responsible Reptile Keeping who reflects on all the challenges our industry faces from authorities as well as the outside world. The organisation's motto is: We stand against those who spread false information with the aim of limiting responsible animal keeping.

Karin Lundgren & Bruna Agy Loureiro

Karin is part of Petgood’s veterinary team, where she works with both product development and research. Bruna is a Senior Pet Nutrition Expert at Protix in the Netherlands, responsible for research, product development, and scientific communication related to insect-based ingredients for dog and cat food. Together, they offer an exciting lecture that bridges science and practice – where you’ll gain the latest insights into insect-based diets for dogs and cats, along with a vision of how this can shape the future of sustainable pet food.
