Kicki Fellstenius is a dog coach and dog behavior researcher and she is passionate about spreading knowledge and inspiration about dog behavior and training.

The focus is on the relationship between humans and dogs and with us she will talk about "The Short Meeting". How do we behave when we only meet the dog for a short period of time?"

From the UK we welcome Tony Wigley from Responsible Reptile Keeping who reflects on all the challenges our industry faces from authorities as well as the outside world.
